There is plenty of inspirational and insightfull material online predicting the future of digital services. I think it is crucial that you all have a clear view what digital services mean (vs. product or "non-digital services"), what are the currect technologies available for developers and also emerging technologies that might rapidly chance the game.

Living Lab is a service concept, where users and developers together ideate, co-design and test new services and products. It is a place where developers come to test their service ideas and prototypes with real life users in real use contexts.
